COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN.

Xclusive Cleaning & Maintenance Pty Ltd provides cleaning services (regular and deep-cleans) to all domestic and commercial customers, in line with the New South Wales Government’s COVID Safe Settings guidelines. 

All cleaning services provided by Xclusive Cleaning & Maintenance Pty Ltd are subject to a COVID Safe Plan to ensure all customers and cleaning staff are kept safe and risks are effectively managed.

COVID Safe Cleaning Plan & Our Mutual Responsibilities

As per our COVID Safe plan, Xclusive Cleaning & Maintenance Pty Ltd has taken the following measures to keep our cleaners and customers safe:

• Xclusive Cleaning & Maintenance Pty Ltd Cleaning is following the requirements outlined under the NSW Government's vaccine mandate. All of our team members are authorised workers and have had their first COVID 19 vaccine either on or before the 15th of October and will need to be fully vaccinated by the 26th of November at the latest.

• If you would like information regarding your cleaner's vaccine status, please get in touch with us via Xclusivecleaningsyd@gmail.com and we can provide you with this information.

• Cleaners must wear PPE (masks and gloves) and practice frequent hand hygiene whilst at customers’ homes;

• Cleaners must practice physical distancing (1.5 metres) while in customers’ homes or offices.

• All cleaners have been certified in COVID-19 Infection Control Training;

• We regularly communicate with our cleaners regarding their health and the importance of isolating, getting tested, and seeking further medical advice if they feel unwell; and

• Cleaners are aware that they are not to attend work if they or any of their close contacts display any COVID-19 symptoms.

• We recognise that getting through this is a team effort, and so we kindly ask our customers to also take some precautions:

• Keep at least 1.5 metres distance between you and the cleaner at all times. Preferably, move to a different room from where the cleaner is working.

• If you or someone in your home is experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms, please notify us immediately so we can cancel your upcoming bookings.

• If you or someone in your home has tested positive for COVID-19 and your cleaner has recently completed a service at your place, please notify us immediately so we can notify your cleaner to get tested and self-isolate.
